We’re excited to announce that Inspective has been nominated for the 2025 Ivory Prize for Housing Affordability! While we may not be one of the Top 25 finalists, this nomination is an incredible recognition of the innovative work we are doing to tackle the complex issue of housing affordability.


What Is the Ivory Prize?

The Ivory Prize is awarded annually by Ivory Innovations at the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. The prize honors organizations, companies, and initiatives that are making measurable and sustainable impacts on the affordability of housing in the United States. This year, nominations were reviewed for their potential to scale and transform the housing landscape, and we are proud to be among the many exceptional organizations being considered.


Why This Nomination Matters

Being nominated for the Ivory Prize is a significant milestone for us. It recognizes the hard work and dedication that has gone into addressing the housing challenges facing communities nationwide. More than just a competition, the Ivory Prize shines a spotlight on innovative solutions that have the potential to make a lasting impact on housing affordability.
